Cross out contractions (for example, can't).

Wont

Doesnt

Dont

Contraction, in grammar, is a way of reducing and merging two words. Technicaly, words are squeezed together to make a shorter version of the original words without changing the meaning. Apostrophes are placed in between the removed letters.

These grammatical technique is used in both writing and speaking communication. Although, it is not necessary, contractions add appeal to statements. Using the lengthened version makes a statement appear more classy and formal. In the other hand, using the shortened version makes a statement more friendly and comfortable. Contractions are also used to save space in written articles.

Wont

Would + Not

Examples:

I would not sign the contract.

I wont sign the contract.

Doesnt

Does + Not

Examples:

The police officer does not respond to prank calls.

The police officer doesnt respond to prank calls.

Dont

Do + Not

Observe the each of the given samples. The tone of the statement changes when you use contractions. Contractions made the statements seem more natural and appealing. In the other hand, original versions seemed more formal and serious.
